Digg

If you have logged into Digg Reader and all your feeds are gone, don't panic. Here's how to fix it:

1. Make sure you're not logged into Gmail or Chrome under someone else's Gmail address.

2. Sign out of Digg Reader.

3. Go to digg.com/reader and sign in with the account you used when you first joined Digg Reader. For most of you, this will be your Gmail account.

Here's what happened. Many users first joined Digg Reader by signing in with their Gmail accounts and importing their Google Reader feeds. When these users come back to Digg, they sign in with Facebook or Twitter, unknowingly creating a second account that doesn't have access to your feeds. Chances are, you have returned and logged in with this second account.

This is our fault. We're sorry for the inconvenience, and we are working on a better login flow so that this stops happening.

If your problem persists after taking the above steps, please contact us at reader@digg.com and include your Gmail, Twitter, and Facebook account names so that we can find you faster and fix the problem.
